Welcome to Uncuted! By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Uncuted. By entering the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, please leave immediately.
2. Account & Authentication
Accounts on Uncuted are created by generating a unique secp256k1 private key. Your user ID is derived from the corresponding public key. No email or password is required. Important: If you lose your private key, you lose access to your account and content. We do not store private keys and cannot recover them for you.
3. User Content
Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, including videos, images, or comments. Content must comply with our rules and all applicable laws. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material
- Promotion or sale of illegal drugs
- Hate speech, racism, or discrimination
- Anything illegal under applicable law
Content may include adult material, humor, entertainment, or other legal forms of media. By uploading content, you confirm that you have all rights to share it and that it complies with the rules above.
4. Moderation & Reporting
Uncuted moderators have the right to remove content or accounts at their discretion if they violate these Terms or any applicable laws. Users can report posts, comments, or accounts that violate our rules. Moderators may review reports and take action including content removal, warnings, or account deletion.
5. Account Deletion
Users can delete their accounts at any time. Deleted accounts are soft-deleted, which means content may remain in anonymized form for moderation, audit, or legal purposes. Deleting your account does not guarantee recovery of content uploaded using your lost private key.
6. Interactions
You may follow/unfollow other users, like and comment on content. Abusive behavior, harassment, or spamming may result in moderation actions, including account deletion.
7. No Liability
Uncuted provides the platform as-is. We are not responsible for the content uploaded by users, loss of private keys, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Use at your own risk.
8. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Uncuted constitutes acceptance of any changes.
